About TCRex

Partners

AUDACIS

The Antwerp Unit for Data Analysis and Computation in Immunology and Sequencing (AUDACIS) is a multidisciplinary consortium affiliated with the University of Antwerp. It unites experts from different biomedical research areas including vaccinology, tumor immunology, biostatistics, genetics, immunoinformatics and computational biology. Its main focus lies on the development and improvement of new immunosequencing methods and immunioinformatics tools.

Biomina

Biomina (biomedical informatics research network Antwerp) is a multidisciplinary research consortium focusing on the analysis of clinical and omics data. It plays a key role in biomedical informatics research in Flanders by bringing together expertise in the fields of translational medicine, bioinformatics, and medical informatics.

Adrem Data Lab

The Adrem Data Lab is an informatics research group at the University of Antwerp. It is widely recognized for its contributions to the field of large scale data storage and analysis, including the development of new database architectures and data mining methods.

Acknowledgments

The development of TCRex was supported by the University of Antwerp with an University Research Fund (BOF) and an Industrial Research Fund (IOF) and by the Research Foundation Flanders (FWO).
